Atlanta, GA | July 1, 2023 - Highwoods Properties has named Heather Lamb Atlanta's new senior vice president and market leader, replacing Jim Bacchetta after announcing his retirement earlier this year. Heather will oversee the Atlanta portfolio with the strategic direction of leasing, development and property and construction management.

Heather comes to Highwoods with 20 years in commercial real estate. Most recently as a principal and Executive Vice President with Colliers International, she led her team in doubling the Landlord Services portfolio during her three-year tenure. Heather has a unique ability to drive value in office buildings through adaptive re-positioning of assets and creative storytelling. As a known leader in the industry, she serves on the board of directors for ACBR, Buckhead CID and the Atlanta Women's Foundation.
