Highwoods has closed on the acquisition of the stunning Advance Auto Parts Tower in the heart of Raleigh's vibrant mixed-use North Hills Best Business District for a total investment of $138 million. Located along Six Forks Road and I-440, the Advance Auto Parts Tower joins CAPTRUST Tower as part of Highwoods' portfolio, with the company now owning both premier office buildings.

This 346,000 square foot, 20-story, LEED Gold-certified, Class AA office tower features eight levels of integrated parking, an inviting ground-level lobby and a spacious tenth level amenity space. The amenity space includes a conference center, common gathering areas and an outdoor terrace with spectacular Raleigh views.

The building is 100% leased with notable customers including Advance Auto Parts, IAT Insurance Group and The American Board of Anesthesiology among others. Advance Auto Parts Tower is also home to Italian eatery Cucciolo Terrazza and modern Indian restaurant Tamasha, which has been named one of OpenTable and PEOPLE Magazine's 50 Most Beautiful Restaurants in the country.

To celebrate with its new customers, Highwoods hosted a gathering in the building's amenity space, offering an opportunity for the customers to enjoy refreshments and meet the Highwoods team.

With this acquisition, Highwoods further strengthens its presence in Raleigh, reinforcing its commitment to owning and managing top-tier office properties in the market.
