Highwoods Properties, Inc. (NYSE:HIW) announced that Kimley-Horn, one of the country's premier design consulting firms, is moving its U.S. headquarters to Highwoods-owned One Bank of America Plaza in downtown Raleigh. KimleyHorn will be occupying 55,000 square feet in the building the Company acquired in September 2014.

The Company noted that Kimley-Horn will be occupying space that a current customer will be vacating in December 2015. Kimley-Horn’s lease commences April 2016.
