Inspired by the adjacent railyard, the dynamic volume of 1010 is gently curved to celebrate the movement of rail cars around a turn. Wrapped in precast concrete panels and glass, the sliding horizontal planes of the mullion pattern emulates rail cars passing each other on the tracks.
